Every August we put backpacks and school supplies directly into students' hands — because every child deserves a strong start.

Faith on the field! Our annual soccer clinic builds skills, teamwork, and Christ-centered character in young athletes ages 6–18.

About Equipping Joshua's Generation
Founded in 2020, a faith-centered ministry empowering children and youth to know they are chosen, created with purpose, and capable of making a difference.
Our Story
Equipping Joshua's Generation was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic by Addet Scott. During a time when many families, children, and communities were facing uncertainty, isolation, and need, the vision began with a heart to serve, encourage, and support others through faith and love.
What started as a small outreach effort grew into a faith-centered mission to empower children and youth spiritually, academically, and socially.

How We Started
Born from a Pandemic, Built on Faith
In 2020, during COVID-19, Addet Scott saw the need to support children, youth, and families facing challenges and change. The organization started with a simple but powerful purpose: to serve the community and provide faith-based support when hope was needed most.
Over time, that small beginning became a larger mission focused on equipping the next generation with faith, confidence, leadership, education, and compassion.
